Job Purpose
As a Technical Recruitment Specialist, you will be an integral part of our Talent Acquisition Team, focusing on sourcing, attracting, and securing highly skilled talent in Ireland, the EU and the USA.
This role is particularly crucial in for our growth in the data centre industry, where finding highly skilled professionals is both competitive and essential. You will actively seek out the best talent, develop strong relationships, and support Atlantach’s ambitious growth plans by ensuring we continue to attract and secure the right talent who align with our values of Ambition, Teamwork, and Success.
This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work remotely, with travel required to support business needs.
Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Sourcing & Engagement
* Proactively source and engage with both active and passive candidates across all recruitment platforms.
* Develop a talent pipeline specifically tailored to data centre, commissioning and project management roles.
* Leverage advanced search techniques, market mapping, and industry analysis to identify and attract Engineering professionals.
* Identify and target niche talent pools, using creative recruitment strategies to secure hard-to-find candidates.
Candidate & Client Relationship Management
* Build long-term relationships with candidates, ensuring they have a positive recruitment experience from initial contact to onboarding.
* Conduct in-depth screening interviews via phone or Microsoft Teams to assess candidates’ technical and cultural fit.
* Provide market intelligence and hiring trends to internal stakeholders, helping refine recruitment strategies.
* Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, advising on recruitment best practices effective selection strategies.
Commitment to Excellence & Continuous Improvement
* Stay updated on emerging recruitment trends, industry developments, and data centre hiring needs by attending relevant seminars and training programs.
* Ensure all candidates receive timely feedback and communication, maintaining Atlantach’s reputation for the candidate experience.
* Continuously seek out and implement innovative recruitment methods, ensuring Atlantach remains a leader in engineering and technical staffing.
* Confidence to bring forward new ideas that will benefit the business and enhance our ability to secure skilled talent.

* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.

Requirements
* 5+ years’ experience in recruitment (a blend of agency and in-house experience is an advantage).
* Proven experience in recruiting technical and engineering staff—particularly in Data Centre projects, Commissioning or Mission Critical industries.
* Strong ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Self-motivated, results-driven and ambitious with a passion for sourcing exceptional candidates.
* Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-driven sourcing tools is a plus.
