The Kilkenny Ormonde Hotel is recruiting a Full-time and Permanent Human Resources Administrator.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail. This position is crucial for ensuring smooth operation and supporting HR functions for the overall success of the business.
Key Duties and Responsibilities include:
* Supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR Department.
* Support recruitment and selection for the hotel.
* Drive Training and Development for employees of the hotel.
* Be a trusted advisor to the hotel management team.
* Leading the onboarding and induction cycle.
* Overseeing the offboarding cycle.
* Weekly update of Flow training matrix.
* Monitoring of Check Ins and reporting on completion.
* Monitoring of completion of Initial Skills Training Plans.
* Performing and tracking of Manual Handling Practicals.
* To work in conjunction with the GHRM in relation to further day-to-day administrative functions.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous administration experience within the hotel or hospitality industry is desired.
* Possess the ability to operate in an organised and methodical fashion, with excellent attention to detail.
* Be efficient in multitasking.
* Be equipped with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
* Have experience or exposure to Recruitment and Selection.
