Retail Store Manager Position
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by delivering exceptional customer service, fostering repeat business, and increasing revenue through effective up-selling and cross-selling strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales & Performance:
o Meet annual sales targets and key performance metrics such as sales, profit margins, conversion rates, and stock loss.
o IDentify new opportunities for sales through product offerings or new suppliers.
* Store Operations:
o Manage daily operations, assign tasks to the team, and oversee their performance.
o Ensure clear pricing and a seamless shopping experience for customers.
o Maintain high standards of store appearance and product displays.
* Team Management:
o Build and lead a customer-focused team with strong product knowledge and selling skills.
o Train and support staff to reach their full potential.
* Market Awareness:
o Monitor competitors and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
o Establish strong relationships with local chambers, centre management, and tour operators to increase visibility.
* Collaboration:
o Work with buying, marketing, warehouse, and other teams to improve performance and implement local marketing efforts.
o Utilize marketing strategies to drive awareness and sales.
Requirements:

Salary: Estimated salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience).
