Supply Chain Coordinator Role
The Supply Chain Coordinator reports directly to the Head of Group Supply Chain and plays a vital role in supporting the C&D Supply Chain Team in meeting customer expectations and demands.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Support:
o Develop collaborative & shared forecasts and plans with key customers.
o Support the commercial team on supply chain coordination.
* Supply Chain Support:
o Develop and communicate weekly stock report trackers.
o Chair & conduct weekly calls with site supply chain managers to review and implement action plans to fix at risk items.
o Minute, assign actions/owners and communicate with follow up to ensure closure.
o Share & communicate stock report trackers with key Account Managers.
o Support supply chain & commercial teams in dealing with supply challenges as they arise.
* Customer Service Level:
o Achieve our customer service level KPI by working closely with customer service teams to identify potential risks in terms of product availability.
* Continuous Improvement:
o Participate in various continuous improvement projects as required.
o Support the Head of Group Supply Chain Manager in ad-hoc projects when required.
