Job Purpose
As part of the EMEA Logistics team based in Tuam, the role of the Procurement Administrator / Customer Service Representative is to ensure sufficient supply of materials required for activities in the Tuam site while optimising inventories. The role will also support the CS team who receive and manage customer orders through the value chain.
Key Responsibilities
1. Min/Max replenishment Report
2. Order acknowledgement
3. Creating purchase orders
4. Back order report review
5. Supplier communication, email and follow up
6. Updating reports
7. Weekly KPI file
8. Order Entry Management
9. Communicate with customers at all stages of the order process
10. Link with Customer Supply Chain Manager to ensure orders are within forecast and highlight any potential service issues
Key Requirements
1. Science Qualification an advantage, but not a requirement
2. Customer focus: Act as the voice of the customer within the Transitions organisation
3. Attention to Detail: Accurate & timely order entry management.
4. Communicate and Share Information: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Build Strong Work Relationships: Relationships with customers, production sites, and commercial are critical
6. Plan and Organise: Excellent organisational skills and problem-solving ability
7. Solve Problems: The ability to work well under pressure and to meet targets and deadlines set
8. Problem Prevention: Proactive identification and implementation of process improvements that may affect customer
