Senior Customer Success Manager
This role is responsible for proactively managing onboarding programs for enterprise-level customers, ensuring ongoing success by understanding their motivators, strategic goals, and business outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of B2B SaaS customer success or consulting experience working with global enterprise level customers, as well as experience in leading technology solution implementations and managing a revenue portfolio of enterprise-level customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively manage onboarding programs for enterprise-level customers
* Consult on internal communications and engagement
* Create success plans and influence adoption
* Facilitate workshops on best practices
* Conduct Executive Business Reviews
* Build thought leadership on employee communication and engagement
Estimated Salary: €120,000 - €150,000 per year
