Job Title: Recruitment Administrator
Cpl's transportation client in South-West Dublin is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to support their recruitment needs on a 6-month contract, working full-time onsite.
Responsibilities:
* First point of contact for all recruitment-related queries, providing administrative support throughout the process.
* Manage the recruitment lifecycle from job posting to hire, ensuring seamless execution.
* Advertise all vacancies to attract top talent.
* Oversee recruitment documentation and correspondence, maintaining accurate records.
* Schedule interviews and facilitate assessment days, ensuring smooth logistics.
* Prepare and maintain relevant recruitment reports, highlighting key metrics.
* Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including HR personnel.
* Collaborate with the HR department to deliver successful recruitment activities.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 1 year's experience in a fast-paced recruitment administration role.
* Demonstrated interview scheduling expertise.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with attention to detail.
