Key Responsibilities
We are hiring an Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking, have a keen eye for detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Finance:
o Verify and process invoices (non-trading goods and trading goods)
o Scanning invoices and checking with delivery documents
o Monitor payment and service invoices
o Follow up on accounts receivable management
* Marketing:
o Assist in organizing trade shows or customer events
* Business:
o Provide professional and courteous assistance to customers and suppliers
* HR:
o Expense reports
* Purchase:
o Processing orders in ERP
* Ad hoc tasks:
o Undertake additional supportive tasks as needed
o Contribute ideas and identify opportunities for improvement within the company
Job Requirements
* Qualifications:
o Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within a similar industry
o Strong organizational and time-management skills
o Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
o Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently
