Senior Psychologist Mental Health in Intellectual Disability (MH-ID) This is an exciting opportunity to join an existing and expanding Mental Health in Intellectual Disability multidisciplinary team.
In collaboration with the core team of Psychology, Psychiatry and Nursing the post-holder will offer multidisciplinary and psychotherapeutic assessments and interventions to individuals and groups, as well as supports to wider systems including staff teams and families as appropriate.
A vacancy exists for a fulltime Senior Psychologist in MH-ID.
Applicants must have: A postgraduate qualification in Clinical or Counselling psychology that meets the HSE requirements for employment as a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist A minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience working as a Staff/Basic Grade Psychologist with adults who have intellectual disabilities and mental health difficulties.
