About Your New Role
* Manage the appointment diaries and incoming phone calls
* Ensure patients are checked in and out of the clinic
* Report typing and formatting
* Look after the day-to-day running of the clinic
* Ensure the office is presentable and clean at all times
* Any other ad-hoc administration duties as required
* Travel to other clinics to cover holidays and illness will be required.
What Skills You Need
* Previous experience in Administration is essential as this is a senior position
* Full drivers license and own transport
* Good IT Skills
* Excellent phone manner
* Professional and kind attitude
* Ability to work of own initiative
