Job Description:
This role involves providing administrative support to the partner and their clients, with a strong focus on document production and typing.
Duties:
* Preparation of legal documents, including briefs, booklets, and discovery materials.
* Updating files on the case management system Keyhouse.
* Typing/digital dictation with strong typing speeds required.
* Maintaining client files.
* Scheduling meetings and hearings with clients, witnesses, counsel, and other relevant individuals.
* General administration, including phone calls and correspondence management.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years' experience as a legal secretary in a litigation environment.
* Experience using Keyhouse.
* Strong typing speeds (60 WPM).
* Experience preparing legal documents and liaising with clients.
