Job Description
As Senior Manager of International B2B and Wholesale Partnerships, you will lead impactful projects for our fast-growing International business, working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to expand our B2B and wholesale footprint through strategic partnerships and targeted growth initiatives. Success in this role requires a knack for breaking down big problems into key questions, a strong passion for taking initiative, learning, and driving recommendations to completion. You’ll thrive as a self-starter who pays close attention to detail while managing multiple projects, adapts to ambiguity and evolving priorities, and learns quickly. With a flexible work style, you’ll collaborate across functions and geographies, ready to jump in and help—even in roles outside your expertise—to drive the planning and implementation of key growth projects in a dynamic, creative, and inspiring work environment.
This full-time position reports to the VP of International and is located in Dublin, Ireland. This role is expected to work in a hybrid model, which includes two days in-office.
To ensure sufficient overlap with functional and cross-functional team members globally, some flexibility with this role's regular work schedule will be required. Most of our teams have overlap with early morning and/or early evening PST. Specific scheduling needs for this role will be discussed in the initial interview.
What you’ll do:
Strategy Development and Business Growth:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive, long-term strategy for B2B and wholesale partnerships across international markets
* Identify, evaluate, and pursue strategic partnership opportunities, negotiating complex deals that align with company objectives and profitability goals
* Conduct thorough market analysis, staying on top of industry trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decision-making
* Create and implement go-to-market strategies for new international B2B and wholesale initiatives
Financial Management and Performance Optimization:
* Develop financial models and business cases for new initiatives, forecasting revenue and profitability for international B2B and wholesale channels
* Establish KPIs and metrics to measure success, analyzing performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
* Work with operations teams to ensure efficient execution and continuous improvement of international B2B and wholesale programs
Cross-functional Leadership and Collaboration:
* Guide cross functional team members by identifying opportunities for growth, leveraging team strengths, and developing members toward organizational effectiveness
* Collaborate with senior leadership to align international B2B and wholesale strategies with overall company goals
* Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target companies and markets
* Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on the progress and performance of international B2B and wholesale initiatives
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred
* 10+ years of experience in business development, strategy, or related fields, with a focus on B2B and wholesale channels
o Strong understanding of international markets, particularly in Europe
* Retail experience in a relevant industry required
* Proven track record of developing and executing successful international growth strategies
* Advanced financial acumen, including:
o Ability to create and interpret complex financial models
o Proficiency in financial analysis and forecasting for B2B and wholesale channels
o Experience in budgeting and financial planning for international business operations
* Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies
* Strong familiarity with data analysis tools and CRM systems, including the ability to write clear, detailed requirements for technical teams
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
* Experience leading and mentoring teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Fluency in English required; additional language skills are a plus
