We now have a fantastic new opportunity for Reservations Executive to join our team on a Full time basis and contribute to the future success of Killashee Hotel.
Key Requirements:
* Flexible with hours
* Experience with Opera preferable but not essential
* Administration experience
* Highly motivated with a positive attitude
* Strong leadership, time management and organisational skills
* Attention to detail is a must
Duties:
* Manage telephone and email enquiries
* Identify new contacts, develop sales leads, and respond to sales opportunities in order to maximise revenue
* Produce quotations and written confirmation to all clients
* Monitor customer satisfaction regularly and resolve any outstanding issues to ensure future business
* Maintain a thorough understanding of properties facilities and processes.
* To ensure that all business leads and opportunities are followed up in a timely manner including enquiries and provisional bookings.
* Ensure bookings are guaranteed and no show charges/late cancellation charges are applied where appropriate
* To deal with all clients in a professional and friendly manner
* To deal with any guest complaints, queries and suggestions quickly and efficiently
* To adhere to all Company policies including but not limited to Customer Care, Health & Safety, Fire Safety, Cash Handling etc.
* To comply with statutory and legal requirements for Health & Safety, Fire, Hygiene, Licensing and Employment
* Use of onsite computer systems including Hotsoft, Availpro & ResDiary.
* Liaise regularly with relevant managers in relation to reservations
* To attend hotel meetings as required, ensuring effective communication at all levels.
* To ensure all business standards and reservations plan are followed in line with policies set out.
* To work as part of a team
