Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant (Maternity Cover) to join our Accounts team on a 12-month maternity cover basis, working Monday to Friday.
If you have strong numerical ability, excellent organisational skills, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Processing daily lodgements
2. Checking tips by department and submitting tips summary and reports
3. Assisting with replenishment of the cash machine, ordering cash, and collating the weekly Brinks cash collection
4. Reporting on weekly voids
5. Supporting the accounts team with general accounting duties
Requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years' experience working in an accounts department
2. Experience with daily lodgements
3. Strong numerical and organisational skills
4. Proficiency in Excel, Sage and Opera
5. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
