This is an exciting opportunity to join our client's growing sales team, working collaboratively with a well-established and successful IT & Office Solutions company.

The role offers the chance to expand the business base while developing and refining your skills and experience. You will be responsible for processing orders, preparing quotations, contracts, and agreements, supporting both Account Management and Finance teams.

1. Data entry and cleansing using the CRM system with precision and accuracy;
">
2. Achieving sales and promotional targets as agreed;
">
3. Taking charge of email campaigns to nurture leads and customers, monitoring their success and adjusting as needed;
">
4. Managing new sales leads and business development opportunities; and
">
5. Ensuring compliance with all in-house policies and procedures.

* This includes gathering customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance the customer experience.

* You will also be expected to develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, and contribute to weekly/monthly sales meetings with area updates.
">
* Additionally, you will be responsible for planning and identifying new business marketing strategies, managing budgets and KPIs across the role, and completing competitor analysis on a regular basis.

In terms of requirements, we are seeking a highly dynamic, capable, and hardworking individual with 1 year + experience within a B2B Sales environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a strong ability to work as part of a team while managing their own workload.

Please note that this is a full-time office-based role, Monday to Friday, 8.45am-5pm, with uncapped commission and excellent potential to earn bonus.
