About the Role
As the Sales & Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the sales and customer service functions. Working closely with an experienced team, you’ll help maintain client relationships, streamline processes, and deliver exceptional support.
This is a dynamic role that requires a blend of technical aptitude, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management:
* Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and proactively addressing any issues.
* Handle customer queries via phone and email, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
* Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and drive loyalty.
Sales & Order Support:
* Assist in managing online orders, processing delivery dockets, and troubleshooting any order-related issues.
* Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and ensure all documentation is up to date.
* Coordinate with the production team to manage delivery schedules and ensure timely order fulfilment.
Marketing Support:
* Use Mailchimp to create and distribute newsletters, coordinating content contributions from the team.
* Support the creation of promotional materials and day to day business documentation using appropriate software packages.
* Manage the Shopify store on a day-to-day basis and liaise with developers for advanced technical support when required.
Technical & Process Support:
* Manage training enrolments and queries on the Talent LMS platform.
* Document and control quality processes using Microsoft Loop, contributing to a knowledge base for team training and support.
* Assist in troubleshooting minor IT issues and liaising with support teams for resolution.
Required Skills & Experience
* Strong IT proficiency, including experience with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and online tools.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
* Highly organised and process-driven, with strong attention to detail.
* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software is an advantage.
* Comfortable with problem-solving and able to independently research solutions when needed.
* Familiarity with Shopify, Mailchimp, and LMS platforms is desirable but not essential, training will be provided.

* 3+ years Sales & Marketing experience in a dynamic and fast paced business environment.
