Duties of the role include but are not limited to the following:
1. Working under the direction of the Team Lead matching candidates to client requirements.
2. Managing the recruitment process from advertising, sourcing, screening, onboarding, developing strong candidate and client relationships.
3. Using all social, database, networks, job boards, and company website to attract and connect with candidates.
4. Complying with the recruitment processes, ensuring all candidates are fully compliant with company standards and all mandatory requirements met before placement.
5. Using excellent communication skills across both written and verbal while always maintaining a professional and well-functioning desk.
6. Providing regular updates and reports on candidate pipeline status.
7. Performing other duties as directed by Team Lead.
