Trainee Loss Prevention Manager - Cork City

We currently have vacancies for a Loss Prevention Manager in our Cork stores. The primary responsibility is to develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies, manage security, health & safety, and provide training to the security team.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and shrinkage.
2. Implement security strategies aligning with company goals.
3. Conduct risk assessments, maintain relationships with relevant agencies, investigate theft, fraud, and illegal activities.
4. Manage security policies, monitor surveillance systems, and report trends.
5. Collaborate with other departments for safety standards.
6. Train and develop security teams, establish a loss prevention culture, educate staff on security, and work with suppliers to meet standards.
Requirements:
* 3+ years experience in asset protection, loss prevention, or security management in retail.
* Knowledge of security strategies, electronic surveillance, and inventory control.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and IT skills.
* Ability to develop policies aligning with company goals, excellent communication, leadership skills, and willingness to travel.
* Experience in shrink and crime resolution in a retail setting.
