Cpl Recruitment are looking for a Permanent HR Lead to work with a Large organisation in Dublin City. The successful candidate must have Team Lead experience and 5 + Years HR Experience. Responsibilities: Responsible for all areas of people management Managing and coaching the team ensuring effective performance manage to ensure delivery of overall Key Performance targets, and business plans Administer HR elements of payroll, pension, leave, and annual compensation cycle Accountable for ensuring the accurate and consistent delivery sickness and absence reporting, including monthly reporting to managers staff change Correctly maintain employees personnel files through the inputting of information into the HR systems, on boarding of new starters, processing of leavers accurately Develop metrics and service level agreements for core work and transactions.
