We pride ourselves on fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture where each person can experience a sense of belonging.Join us on our One Perrigo journey as we evolve to a blended-branded business to win in self-care.Description OverviewPerrigo has a vacancy for a Corporate Governance Assistant that may suit someone with at least one year of company secretarial experience in a law firm, corporate services provider, or in a multinational company.Scope of the RoleCorporate Governance Management:Support the preparation and filing of annual reports and corporate compliance filings for all global subsidiariesSupport in convening subsidiary board meetings and drafting board minutes for reviewSupport the monitoring and managing of subsidiary complianceManage and maintain GEMs database and corporate recordsSupport the preparation and arrange execution, notarisation and apostille of required documentsPartner with various departments with respect to ad-hoc intercompany projectsTraining:Support with the preparation of trainings or presentationsSupport the coordination of governance training for subsidiary directors and officersAd-hoc:Projects: Complete and manage ad hoc projects as requiredAssist Drafting: Assist in-house counsel with drafting of documents as requiredProcess Review: Assist and recommend system and process improvements for various groups throughout the companyLegal Research: Occasional legal topic research, as neededExperience RequiredExperience or an interest in some of the following areas is an advantage:At least one year of company secretarial experience in law firm, corporate services provider or in multinational companyPart qualified company secretary or studying towards qualificationExcellent oral and written EnglishProficiency in MS Office requiredGood working knowledge of CORE and RBO, GEMS optional but a plusExperience with Irish subsidiary management with exposure to other EU jurisdictions corporate governance or US corporate governanceExperience in dealing with KYC/AML requests from financial institutionsExperience in interacting with external stakeholders such as legal counsel or notariesFamiliarity with notarisation and apostille requirementsExperience in interacting with other internal teams such as Tax, Finance and TreasuryWorking knowledge of other EU language a plusYou have strong ability to adapt to a rapidly shifting environmentYou have great interpersonal skills and ability to communicate confidentlyYou can connect the dots and have problem-solving mindsetYou possess the aptitude at working autonomously and collaboratively including outside of corporate governance teamBenefitsWe believe our people are our greatest asset.
