Customer Service Specialist - French/Dutch Speaking
We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our European Domestic Customer Services team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers and key distributors across Europe, providing support with order processing, problem solving, and administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in MS Office programs. Fluency in Dutch/French is required, and experience in the healthcare industry is desirable but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process all orders received via CRM system, communicating proactively with internal and external customers regarding order status and other topics.
* Investigate and resolve order processing issues reported by customers, working cross-functionally with other departments to resolve customer queries.
* Resolve e-mail, fax and telephone inquiries, liaising directly with customers on a variety of issues such as pricing, inventory availability, terms, delivery, or general questions.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy of data maintained on SAP, keeping customer account changes up to date and communicated to the commercial sales team.

This is a 12-month FTC position with a view to permanency, reporting to the Customer Services Team Lead. The estimated salary for this role is €35,000 - €40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
