Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage a team of up to 50 staff members, ensuring smooth daily operations.
* Recruit, train, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service.
* Ensure the efficient operation of all areas, including games space, events space, bar, and restaurant.
* Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to optimise efficiency and customer experience.
* Manage profit and loss statements, budgeting, and financial reporting.
* Develop and execute strategies to achieve financial targets and increase profitability.
* Collaborate with the culinary team to design and update menus, ensuring a high-quality dining experience.
* Oversee food pricing strategies to balance cost control with customer satisfaction.
* Plan and coordinate corporate and private events, ensuring all requirements are met to the highest standard.
* Work closely with clients to tailor events to their specific needs and expectations.
* Maintain a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for all guests.
* Address customer feedback promptly and effectively to ensure a positive experience.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Venue Manager or in a similar managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in Hotels or Events management.
* Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating large teams.
* Excellent understanding of profit and loss management.
* Demonstrated experience in food service, including menu planning and pricing.
* Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
