My client, a well-established company, is seeking a Member Service Officer. This role is crucial in providing a high-quality experience for both existing and new members while contributing to the company's growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide members with a professional service in person, over the phone, and via email.
2. Process both counter and off-counter transactions.
3. Handle loan application data entry and issue approved loans.
4. Ensure accurate cash handling and reconcile daily balances.
5. Process new members applications and address member queries.
6. Assist members with account management, guiding them in services offered.
7. Provide back-office administrative and operational support as required by management.
Requirements:
1. Professional demeanor with strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with members and colleagues.
3. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning.
4. The successful candidate will be expected to obtain an accredited qualification such as QFA, CUA, or APA if not already held.
