Job Title: Business Manager Lead
The role holder will be responsible for providing support in various areas, including facilities management, IT support, and human resources. They will assist the PMO Lead in leading the Business Support sub-functional area, overseeing the performance management of CP personnel, and driving a high-performance culture.
Responsibilities include developing and maintaining a detailed resourcing plan, managing day-to-day activities, and ensuring efficient task execution to achieve successful delivery.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of experience in business administration with a proven track record of similar projects.
* Providing secretarial support to management in fast-paced environments.
* Delivery of work under time pressure and conflicting priorities.
* Managing high-performing staff/teams, including performance management, resource planning, and continuous improvement.
Essential Skills:
* Fully proficient in MS Office applications and project tools/methodologies.
* Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
