About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Engineer to join our team for placement on a customer site in Waterford. As an IT Service Desk Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to local and remote users.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and resolve ServiceNow tickets and support queue efficiently
* Provide expert level remote and/or deskside client support
* Administer Active Directory User, Group and Permission Management
* Support Citrix Users and troubleshoot Windows clients
* Assist with business application support, including Microsoft Office and/or Office 365, Microsoft Outlook in Exchange or Office 365 environments
* Troubleshoot client network issues
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an IT Service Desk Engineer
* Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks
