This role forms part of the wider FM team. The individual is an important representative of Sensori and a valued team member. They are expected to always display the highest standards of professional behavior and attitude. The role reports to an onsite supervisor and their duties will be as dictated by business demands and site conditions.
Among the main duties they will be expected to carry out are:
* Attend to tasks as instructed by supervisor.
* Carry out room set ups and alterations as requested by events or customers' site team.
* Ensure all equipment is in good working order, remove from use any damaged equipment and report defects.
* Ensure all equipment is safely and securely stored when not in use.
* Carry out maintenance checks and inspections as directed by supervisor.
* Check paperwork and always ensure compliance with Sensori's QEHS policies and procedures.
* Support the wider FM team in delivering first-class service to our customer as instructed by supervisor. This may include escorting Contractors or Sensori staff, acting as safety spotter for other team members carrying out high-risk tasks.
* Fill out reports and complete tasks on Sensori's CAFM system.
* Liaise with and update supervisor on progress of site activities.
This list is not exhaustive, and other tasks within the individual's capabilities may be assigned by the supervisor when site conditions demand.
The person filling this role will have the opportunity to grow their career within Sensori and the wider FM industry.
Full training will be provided, but experience in similar roles is an advantage, as would previous related qualifications such as SafePass and Manual Handling.
A good command of the English language and the ability to write and update the CAFM system is an essential requirement of this role.
