Job Title: Content Moderator-Multilingual

Main Responsibilities:
* Investigate and resolve reported issues, such as requests for account support or potentially abusive content, via ticketing system.
* Enforce clients' Terms of Use by carefully monitoring reports of abuse on the site.
* Stay knowledgeable about client's products and community standards.
* Analyse market trends to find scalable solutions to improve support for our diverse community of users.
* Gather and utilise data to develop ways to enhance user experience.
* Recognise trends and patterns and escalate issues outside company policy to the global team.
* Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions.

Language Skills:
* Fluency (C1-C2) in one of the following languages: Albanian, Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hebrew, Indonesian, Lithuanian, Norwegian, Thai, WB Serbian.
* In-depth understanding of culture and social trends in the region also required.
Working Conditions:
* Full-time, permanent position.
* No remote work options available.
Compensation:
* Competitive Package.
* Evening shift: 25% salary uplift for late hours from 10pm to 2am (up to €30,200 per year).
* Evening shift: €12 per day (before tax) as travel allowance.
* Free meal on site.
