National Account Manager - FMCG
Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid, 2 days onsite)

We have an exciting opportunity for a National Account Manager to join our client, a leading Multi National Company. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Customer Manager or National Account Manager to join a leading organisation within the FMCG sector.
The successful candidate will manage key accounts, driving growth, customer satisfaction, and new opportunities within the company's portfolio. This role will support business expansion while achieving sales and margin targets.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic plans to grow sales across various product lines.
2. Negotiate contracts, plans, and promotional activities with customers.
3. Act as the customer's advocate, fostering a customer-focused culture.
4. Lead customer projects to deliver exceptional results.
5. Analyze performance and trends to provide insights and drive improvements.
6. Manage key performance metrics, including product listings, distribution, promotions, and revenue.
7. Ensure effective communication across departments on collaborative projects.
8. Handle administrative tasks and manage budgets responsibly.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in account management with a track record of success.
2. Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and organizational skills.
3. Experience managing budgets and promotional activities.
4. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
5. Self-motivated with excellent levels of energy, drive, and passion.
6. A capacity to act quickly and keep decision making simple; not afraid to make decisions and have a natural curiosity to change.
7. Hybrid working with the ability to commute to the Citywest office at least twice per week.
