Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
* Oversight of accounting processes, ensuring that financial statements comply with FRS 102 and IFRS standards.
* Accurate and efficient management of corporation tax and income tax filings.
* Timely preparation and submission of financial statements to Revenue and the Companies Registration Office (CRO).
* Conduct in-depth file reviews to maintain compliance and accuracy of all documentation.
* Lead, mentor, and support junior accountants, fostering professional growth and high-quality performance.
* Identify client challenges and provide tailored, effective solutions to enhance business outcomes.
Key Requirements
* A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CPA) with 2 years post-qualification experience.
* Proven experience working in an accountancy practice, preferably with client portfolio management.
* Strong technical knowledge of FRS 102 and IFRS standards.
* Commercial awareness with the ability to anticipate and address client needs.
* Strong leadership and mentoring abilities to develop junior staff.
