Show Manger - Busy City Centre Hotel We are seeking a talented and experienced ShowManager to oversee the smooth operation of events within the hotel.
The role combines hospitality, entertainment management, and event coordination to provide a memorable and seamless experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute dinner and show events and live performances.
Manage guest bookings and inquiries efficiently.
Monitor event progress, address issues promptly, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Lead and supervise front-of-house staff.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service and a seamless dining and entertainment experience.
Address guest concerns promptly and collect feedback to improve future events.
Ensure compliance with operational and safety procedures, including health and safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with hotel management, event coordinators, and marketing teams to ensure event logistics are aligned.
Requirements: 1+ years of experience in hospitality or event management.
Proven leadership experience in managing teams, ideally in a high-energy environment.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with guests, staff, and performers.
Knowledge of food and beverage operations and high-quality service standards.
Attention to detail and the ability to ensure seamless integration of dining and entertainment elements.
