Job Description:
The M402 Procurement Manager supports the M400 Procurement Lead in procurement of the M402 contract, developing procurement documents, including requirements and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as first point of contact for M402 contract procurement matters.
* Deliver procurement activities as directed by the M400 Procurement Lead.
* Lead development and management of M402 procurement contract management plans and procurement strategies.
* Develop and produce procurement documents for qualification and selection stages of M402 contracts.
Requirements:
* 10+ years' experience managing complex procurement processes.
* 5+ years' experience working on metro rail projects or similar scale and complexity.
Skills:
* Thorough understanding of procurement processes and legal framework.
* Knowledge of EU Procurement Directives and Irish National Regulations and laws.
* Ability to provide strategic leadership and direction in procurement.
Qualifications:
* Minimum Level 8 degree in relevant subject area.
* Level 9 Masters in relevant field advantageous.
Professional Memberships:
* Professional qualification such as Engineers Ireland (IE) or Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS).
