Assistant Store Manager
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our Blanchardstown store team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the store, both financially and in terms of people management.
This is a full-time, permanent position, reporting to the Store Manager, with a shift-based schedule that includes working 5 days out of 7, including weekends.
Responsibilities:
* You will contribute to achieving the store's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* You will oversee, control, and monitor the efficient running of the store.
* In conjunction with the Store Manager, you will manage controllable costs within budget.
* You will deliver an effective operational and sales-focused approach to store management and team development.
* You will support the development of a succession planning structure and proactively address team development across various areas within the store.
