**Job Title:** Mechanical Site Manager
Responsibilities:
* In conjunction with your project team, you will be responsible for the execution of various stages of a project.
* Project Start-Up: This involves preparing the site and ensuring all necessary resources are available.
* Project Running Phase: You will oversee the daily operations of the project, ensuring timely completion and quality standards are met.
* People Safety: Your primary concern is to ensure the safety of everyone on-site, adhering to strict health and safety protocols.
* Quality: You will maintain the highest quality standards, reviewing and approving all work before it progresses.
* Closing Out Activities: Once the project is complete, you will coordinate the close-out process, ensuring all necessary documentation is in place.
* Other Duties: Maintain a site diary, assist the QS in their duties, and integrate with the site team.
Key Requirements:
* A recognised pipefitter/plumber/sheet metal worker apprenticeship or trade certification.
* A minimum of 5 years of site management experience.
* Experience managing mechanical design and build projects in excess of €5 million in commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical, or data centre sectors.
* Strong computer abilities and proficiency in relevant software.
Necessary Certifications:
* IOSH certificate in managing safety.
* IOSH certificate in environmental management.
* General NEBOSH certificate (though not essential).
