For our customer in Ireland, we are looking for an Oracle EBS Technical specialist with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience. The team currently provides onsite & remote services to our customers across a wide range of Oracle technologies.
Tasks and responsibilities:
1. Provide consultancy skills around Oracle R11 and Oracle R12 eBusiness Suite and Oracle CRM R12.
2. Review customer requirements, prepare and document proposed design, and agree sign off with the customer.
3. Provide technical solutions to their business problems in accordance with Oracle and Fujitsu standards.
4. Adhere to Fujitsu development standards in the development of any customer solutions.
5. Maintain and support our customers' eBusiness suite applications, CRM, and other Oracle Technologies either on-site or remotely.
6. Ensure the Fujitsu Service Management tool is continuously updated with progress, known issues, and problem resolutions in accordance with ITIL standards.
7. Provide technical documentation in accordance with Fujitsu standards.
8. Provide technical support to other team members, both DBAs and Functional.
9. Continue to develop your technical skills to provide up-to-date advice and consultancy to our customers.
10. Operate in a professional manner when dealing with external and internal customers.
11. Continuously identify ways to improve how we provide services to our customers.
12. Provide weekly reports to your Service Delivery Manager or Project Manager.
13. Be available to provide out-of-hours support where required.
Profile:
1. Oracle Financials Technical Specialist with working knowledge of Oracle EBS and Oracle CRM.
2. PL/SQL programming.
3. Oracle reports & XML Publisher.
4. Oracle Workflow.
5. Oracle Forms.
6. Discoverer Reporting.
7. OA Framework.
8. Integration development using Oracle SOA suite.
9. Experience working with and understanding client business requirements, interpretation, and production of detailed specifications and documentation, supported by a team of technical consultants.
10. Excellent communication skills in dealing with end users and senior-level management.
11. Experience of eBusiness Suite implementations or upgrades.
12. At least two large-scale (6 months plus) project experiences of working on an Oracle eBusiness Suite implementation or upgrade project.
13. Hands-on experience of supporting and developing the Oracle CRM application.
14. Flexibility to work out of hours if required.
15. Strong problem-solving, statistical, and analytical skills.
16. 3rd Level Degree or professional qualification.
17. Oracle technology certifications.
Nice to have:
1. Java/JSP.
2. R12 Experience / Knowledge is desirable.
3. HR and Payroll.
4. Working on R12.2.x.
