Finance Administrator
I am working with a Cork-based company that is seeking an Accounts Administrator with a keen eye for detail. This position provides the chance to be part of a dynamic finance team, contributing to the efficient management of financial processes and supporting daily accounting activities.
Duties:
* Managing and resolving customer queries
* Saving payroll reports and maintaining up-to-date records
* Preparing and filing VAT and RCT returns
* Assisting with the annual financial audit
* Handling general payroll inquiries
* Managing sales invoicing, customer statements, and overdue account follow-ups
* Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts
* Invoicing daily Commercial system notifications and non-commercial invoices
* Investigating and resolving supplier queries
* Other ad-hoc duties as required by the business
Requirements:
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and independent
* ATI qualification is an advantage
* Payroll administration and invoicing desirable
* Excellent communication and Excel skills
* Strong administrative, organizational, and business support skills, with the ability to multi-task
