We are specifically seeking a DevOps/SRE Engineer - Senior GCP (100% remote) who can apply best practices that will be a significant part of their daily work.
The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on skills to streamline and scale processes effectively.

? What will you do?
In 1 month Get to know the team, main projects and stakeholders with their characteristics and interlocutors.
Familiarize yourself with the framework and work technologies.
Understand and follow corporate procedures (time entry, vacation requests, communications, ...).
Start contributing and proposing improvements based on your previous experience and knowledge.
You will begin to solve your first incidents, question and propose solutions.
In 3 months You will have autonomy and will be working independently with stakeholders and projects.
Help your colleagues progress.
Contribute to the evolution and improvement of Holafly projects, as well as work methodologies and tools.
You will manage work with the team and partners we work with.
In 6 months You will be in charge of projects/initiatives appropriate to your expertise and knowledge, interacting with the stakeholders and proposing solutions.
At all times you will have the collaboration of your colleagues for any questions you may need.
You will continue to evolve technically thanks to day-to-day work, the training plan and interdepartmental knowledge.
? Responsibilities ? You will help your colleagues with the evolution and deployment of high availability platforms in the cloud ? Participation in validation, proposal of optimal architectures and identification of risks for new initiatives.
? Incident resolution ? Development of tools for task automation ? Documentation and improvement of procedures ? Interlocution and direct dealings with other Holafly departments and teams.
? Management and direction of the teams of the partners involved.
? Technical and economic monitoring of projects ? Guide and support your colleagues in professional evolution.

? Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in Spanish and English (C1 minimum).
Technical background and skills Solid base in the following areas or technologies: ? More than 5 years working in the IT world ? More than 3 years working with Google Cloud Platform ? Advanced administration of Linux environments (RH, Debian,...) ? Docker + Kubernetes ? Version control with GIT ? Web servers (Nginx, Apache) + CGI ? Knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) ? Bash and python programming ? Terraform ? Advanced knowledge of GCP and its main services ? Highly valuable to have certifications related to these skills.
? What do we offer?
? Contract as a contractor with an annual dedication of 1800 hours.
Salary: - Base salary: €60k - €100k depending on worth and previous experience.
- Variable: Up to 10% ? Training: - Paid courses and certifications - Access to continuous training platforms - €500 per year for courses, books, trips, etc.

There are some central hours in which you will have to be available from 11:00 to 15:00 GTM+1 so that colleagues can schedule meetings without affecting the conciliation.
