About the Role:
As the VP of Marketing at VendueTech, you will be responsible for driving the overall marketing strategy and building the marketing team from the ground up. This is a pivotal leadership role where you will shape and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that drives brand awareness, customer acquisition, and product adoption. You will also play a key role in expanding the company's digital presence and market reach in the real estate auction sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute VendueTech’s marketing strategy, including brand development, lead generation, customer acquisition, and product marketing.
* Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, including hiring, mentoring, and empowering team members.
* Create a clear and cohesive brand message across all digital channels, ensuring alignment with business goals.
* Collaborate with the product, sales, and customer success teams to create integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement and adoption.
* Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring a strong ROI on marketing spend.
* Utilize data-driven insights to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies to maximize impact.
* Oversee the creation of content, social media, email marketing, paid media, and PR strategies.
* Drive the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and market expansions.
* Stay ahead of market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to ensure VendueTech remains competitive in the market.
Tools:
Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo, SEMrush, Social Media Management Tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social), Microsoft Office Suite
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, including building and scaling marketing teams.
* Strong experience in digital marketing, product marketing, content marketing, and brand management.
* Ability to define and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with company objectives.
* Experience with data-driven marketing and performance analytics.
* Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire a growing marketing team.
* Hands-on experience managing budgets, campaigns, and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in tech, AI, or real estate industries.
* Familiarity with SaaS marketing and B2B/B2C strategies.
* Proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams, ideally in a startup or growth-phase company.

How Sweat Equity Works:
* Interview Process & Rate Agreement: After a thorough interview process, the selected candidate will have the opportunity to propose their hourly rate.
* Achievements Tracking: Once collaboration begins, the independent contractor will track the hours they invest along with detailed records of their achievements and contributions.
* Conversion to Equity: The total hours worked will be converted into a monetary value (in €), based on the agreed hourly rate. This value will then determine the number of shares allocated to the contractor in the company’s RSUs, as part of the Irish entity VendueTech Ltd ESOP Trust.
