Accounts Receivable Manager Role
The Accounts Receivable Manager is responsible for managing the administration of aviation revenue, including billing and collection of rent and maintenance reserve receivables.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with the preparation and issuance of invoices for rental, maintenance reserves, and other charges.
* Generate and present financial reports as required by management.
* Work closely with internal teams to track and document customer account activities.
* Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts receivable and bank statements to maintain financial integrity.
* Oversee the processing of incoming payments, ensuring timely and accurate recording in financial systems.
* Keep customer contact records up to date to facilitate effective communication.
* Communicate with customers to resolve outstanding balances and address invoicing concerns.
Experience & Qualifications:
* Proficiency in handling financial transactions and reconciling accounts.
* Previous experience in an accounts receivable or finance-related role, ideally within a fast-paced multinational environment or aviation sector.
* Experience working with accounting software.

This role requires a strong background in finance and experience working with aviation companies. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure.
