Trades & Labour Recruitment Consultant Dublin Sigmars Construction team are currently looking for an experienced Construction Recruitment Consultant to join our busy division and work on our Trades & Labour temp desk.
This is a 360-recruiter role and experience in business development is essential.
This role is focused on the recruitment of temporary T&L staff for our clients in the Dublin & Leinster area.

Responsibilities Fast-Paced Temp Desk Roles fill quickly, so youll need to be reactive, proactive, and work with urgency.
Candidate Engagement Consult with trades and labour professionals to match them with the right opportunities.
Candidate Sourcing, Screening & Support Interview and assess candidates to ensure they meet client needs.
Candidate Management Track and support candidates, handle administration, and resolve payroll/timesheet queries.
Compliance Ensure all temp workers have the necessary qualifications (e.g., Safe Pass, Manual Handling).
Client Management Build strong relationships, manage processes, negotiate terms, and provide expert consultation.
Business Development Identify and secure new clients to grow the T&L desk.
Sales & KPIs Work towards key performance targets and revenue goals.
Industry Expertise Continuously expand your knowledge and network within the construction sector.
Requirements Minimum 2 years experience in recruitment (more is always welcome!)
