Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record of success in talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical recruitment, preferably in the Security, Cloud, or Engineering space, and engineering recruitment, including Network Engineers, Systems Engineers, Test Engineers, and Electrical Engineers.

Responsibilities:
* As a recruitment consultant, you will be the vital link between clients and candidates.
* You will use sales, business development, marketing techniques, and networking to attract business from client companies.
* You will visit or conduct video calls with clients to build and develop positive relationships.
* You will develop a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture, and environment.
* You will use social media to advertise positions, attract candidates, and build relationships.
* You will headhunt suitable candidates who may already be in work.
* You will use candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy.
* You will receive and review applications, manage interviews and tests, and create a shortlist of candidates for the client.
* You will request references and check the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client.
* You will brief the candidate about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job.
* You will prepare CVs and correspondence to forward to clients regarding suitable applicants.
* You will organize interviews for candidates as requested by the client.
* You will inform candidates about the results of interviews.
* You will negotiate pay and salary rates and finalize arrangements between clients and candidates.
