About the Role:
We are looking to hire a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our team as a key operations member. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building strong client relationships, can work on their own initiative, manage multiple customer accounts, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced role where no two days are the same
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring they are set up for success and fully understand how to leverage Boxcore's solutions.
* Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, providing ongoing support, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication, on-site visits, and a deep understanding of their needs.
* Support & Training: Provide training and support to clients to ensure they are maximizing the use of our software, helping them overcome any challenges, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Must Haves:
* Proven experience in customer support, account management/business development, or customer success, ideally within the construction, recruitment, or SaaS industries.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
* An entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivation, and a can-do attitude.
Nice to Haves but not essential:
* Prior experience with early-stage SaaS startups.
