Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver projects meeting safety, quality, and cost objectives of the business and clients.
* Analyse and report portfolio performance, including KPI monitoring, budget, cost control, risk management, client billing, and cash flow.
* Implement business operating systems to improve efficiency in project management.
* Manage project tasks from sales order to delivery, maintaining client relationships, and implementing effective planning, scheduling, and resourcing approaches.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Holds a Level 8 Degree in Project Management or Energy/Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering.
* Has a strong technical understanding of the electrical construction/utility industry.
* Must have at least 5 years of Project Management experience delivering projects.
* Demonstrates commercial acumen and client relationship management skills.
* Experience with lean principles in work activities.
* Strong organisational and time management skills to ensure timely project completion.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey project goals and updates.
* Must be able to make ethical decisions in challenging situations.
* Familiarity with project management tools for streamlined planning, tracking, and reporting processes.
