**Job Title:** Front of House/Concierge
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Concierge to join our team at a contemporary office space in the heart of the city.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to building occupants, tenants, and visitors.
* Manage daily operations, including reception duties, mail management, and facility maintenance requests.
* Coordinate with various stakeholders, including Property & Facilities Management team, security personnel, and external contractors.
* Ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all users of the building.
Requirements:
* Strong planning and co-ordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
* Flexible scheduling, with availability to work either the morning shift (7am-3pm) or evening shift (2pm-10pm), alternating each week.
