Project Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in Carlow. This is a full-time permanent role.
About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, organise and direct activities concerned with the construction of structures, facilities and systems.
* Develop project plans and schedules and execute plans to achieve agreed outcomes.
* Comply with Health & Safety aspects of the project in line with company policies and procedures.
Skill Requirements:
* Degree/Honors degree qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
* 8+ years post-qualification experience with Tier 1 contractors.
* Background in large scale, high head count sites.
* Excellent working knowledge of latest building regulations and certification standards.
Personal Qualities:
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
* An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.
* Good spoken and written communication skills.
* Methodical, pay attention to detail and be accurate.
