Recruitment Consultant Flexistaff are hiring a Recruitment Consultant to join the temporary division recruitment team based in North Dublin.

The Role Working with the team placing candidates into temporary assignments with our clients Establish relationships with our existing clients to fully understand their requirements and providing appropriate solutions Maintaining ongoing communication and always delivering an exceptional service to all of our clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients Collaborate with team to ensure client requests are fulfilled and issues are resolved in a timely manner Maintain accurate client & candidate records on our recruitment management system Identify new recruitment opportunities Proactively communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure a positive relationship.
Sourcing suitable candidates through our database, job postings, Linkedin, screening candidates, conducting interviews, onboarding candidates ensuring all necessary paperwork is in place and working with the compliance team on this and finally placing candidates into temporary assignments with our clients.
Continuously sourcing candidates to build a strong talent pool of qualified candidates Requirements Previous experience in a client relationship management or recruitment role Knowledge of the transport & logistics sector would be an advantage Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment Excellent problem-solving abilities Extremely organised with the ability to prioritise your workload and multitask Strong communication and influencing skills with proven ability to engage with clients and candidates at all levels Proven ability to meet targets with the ability to develop the business Confident and professional individual A proactive, positive and motivated attitude Attention to detail is a priority Proven experience in building relationships Comfortable working in a high pressured, fast paced environment What we offer: Excellent salary package on offer with an attractive commission structure Full Training, on-boarding and support Learning and Development support and investment on an ongoing basis Supportive management support as well as back office support to help you succeed and progress in your career Skills: Recruiter Recruitment Consultant Account Manager Benefits: commission
