Key Responsibilities:
* Drive marketing strategies across social media, email marketing, digital and traditional ad campaigns.
* Manage corporate accounts and foster B2C and B2B relationships.
* Lead product development from ideation to market release.
* Leverage tools like Shopify, Klaviyo, and Adobe Creative Cloud to elevate the brand.
* Oversee seamless operations and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Marketing:
* Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
* Manage B2B initiatives and corporate sales strategies.
* Create visually compelling content and lead product development.
* Execute email marketing campaigns, oversee social media efforts, and maintain a polished e-commerce presence.
Sales:
* Build and maintain B2B and B2C client relationships.
* Manage order processes and logistics while ensuring seamless customer experiences.
* Analyse campaign and sales data to inform strategies and optimize performance.
Operations:
* Monitor customer feedback and reviews to ensure brand excellence.
* Streamline logistics using tools like DHL Express and Shopify.
Requirements:
* 1+ years of experience in marketing and sales, ideally in e-commerce.
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA a plus).
* Proficiency with tools such as META Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, Canva, Klaviyo, and more.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
