Pricing & Contracts Administrator
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Pricing & Contracts Administrator to join our client in North Dublin. This role will play a crucial part in supporting the sales team by ensuring accurate and efficient pricing and contract management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation and administration of quotes, contracts, and other commercial documents.
* Monitoring the pricing function and ensuring correct pricing on SAP
* Responding to Customer Service pricing/product queries in a timely manner
* Maintain and set up product code details and pricing
* Preparing and delivering reports to management team
* Provide administrative support for contract submissions
* Adhoc support with new tender submissions
* Ensuring product library is kept up to date with accurate information for brochures, certificates, and clinical data
* Processing customer price increases
* Implement supplier price increases
* Managing Master Data
* Collaborate with the Accounts Department and other departments to investigate pricing discrepancies and facilitate pricing management protocols
Key Requirements:
* Strong administrative skills, with excellent MS Office experience
* Previous experience in Tender completion in the healthcare sector would be advantageous
* Keen eye for detail
* Knowledge of SAP would be beneficial
* Full working authorisation in Ireland
* Available for an immediate start
Salary: €35,000 - €45,000 per annum
