Key Responsibilities Responsibility for the overall management of the service dept.
Maintain high standards of customer service in line with Blackwater Group requirements.
Maintain standards of performance of the service team through coaching and performance management and highlight any training needs.
Continue to monitor controls and procedures within the service dept.
with a view to improving productivity and efficiency.
Ensure all service processes meet the Blackwater Motors requirement.
Maintain a safe and healthy working environment, ensuring employees comply with health and safety requirements.
Build strong working relationships with all relevant departments mainly sales and parts.
Work with the brand Volkswagen to ensure we adhere to all guidelines in terms of ISO and customer satisfaction.
Ensure the workshop is maintained to a high standard in terms of cleanliness and tidiness on a daily basis Participate in the annual budgeting of your dept.
