Customer Service – Account Manager: North Dublin
This will be a key, front-office, commercial role in the company and requires someone coming from a fast-paced environment. Working with a team of Production, Procurement, and Engineering professionals, this is an excellent opportunity to grow and progress your career.
The Role:
1. To host customer conference calls, emails, and meetings both off-site and on-site.
2. To manage the customer order books both in terms of the customer portal and the ERP system.
3. To manage the information flow between the customer and the internal departments through appropriate/relevant media formats.
4. To process identified reports including on-time delivery, forecasting, and sales vs forecast.
5. To report and monitor on key performance indicators for the Customer Service Department.
6. To manage the quotation process through receipt, distribution, submission, and feedback to the relevant departments.
7. To participate in the ECN process including liaising with customers on ECNs.
8. To help manage the “Hub” system in place for customers, including the processing of paperwork, stocking, replenishment, and distribution.
9. Identify improvement areas with the Customer Service function and work to implement the same.
10. Work within the team environment to ensure day-to-day functions and customer care are maintained and upheld.
Requirements:
1. Experience in a sales or customer service role.
2. Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. High proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel).
5. Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
6. Proficiency with common customer success and customer relationship management software, such as customer-specific portals & ERP systems.
