Responsibilities
1. Develop predictive statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and advanced analytics to measure the impact of our client’s products and services on customer success metrics/outcomes.
2. Analyse available data to understand current assets and identify areas for improvement to support product development.
3. Utilize independent, critical thinking and work effectively with high-level direction. (This position is not for those who prefer predefined data analysis tasks.)
4. Provide data science-driven insights to support the evolution of customer-facing products.
5. Help define the future roadmap for LLM-assisted data analytics, both for internal workflows and external products.
6. Contribute to the ongoing development of data infrastructure, visualization tools, and data pipelines.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and clinical teams, to define data requirements and ensure data quality.
8. Present findings to senior management and external stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
9. Stay informed on emerging technologies and methodologies in data science to continuously enhance our client’s analytics capabilities.
Requirements
10. 5+ years in data science, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector
11. Proven track record of deriving actionable business insights from complex datasets.
12. Experience defining optimal statistical tools and experiments
13. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
14. Proficient in data analysis tools and languages such as Python, R, and web-based -platforms like Jupyter notebooks, Kaggle, and Noteable.
15. Skilled in data visualization tools such as QuickSight, Looker, QLIK, and Tableau
16. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
17. Knowledgeable about clinical trial processes, data standards, and regulatory requirements.
18. Familiar with ROI calculations and methodologies for impact assessment.
19. Experience or interest in generative AI and AI-driven data analysis technologies.
20. Ability to collaborate with internal engineering teams to enhance data collection and pipelines.
